I choose who to accept based on interest in your design and project.

Your commission may be livestreamed or promoted on my social media, unless a privacy fee is paid.

If you fail to abide by my Terms of Service, I have the right to blacklist you from commissioning me again.

I have the right to use your finished piece within my portfolio.

You are responsible for saving copies of your files.

Please note, I do commissions as a side gig. I have a full time office job in real life. I try not to let them interfere with each other, but I will prioritize my full time job over any commissions.

I do not draw: NSFW, anthro, mechs.

You may apply to be on the waitlist for my commissions at any time.

However, as I am selective and it is not first come first serve, I may reject your waitlist application.

All prices listed are a guideline to know how much to expect to pay at minimum.

Chargebacks will result in an instant blacklist.

Cancellations are only allowed before or during the sketch/drafting phase.

Cancellations after will incur a fee of 50% payment due to services rendered.

At least half the invoice must be paid before starting, and the full must be paid before moving past sketches/drafting phase.

Once the commission is accepted and the invoice is sent, the client has 1 week to respond and pay the minimum, or the commission will be declined.

(Animation only) After the commission is confirmed, the artist will estimate the amount of key frames and work required for the animation. The total price (with the deposit subtracted) will then be given based upon this estimate.

(Animation only) The remaining total must be paid when the initial animation sketches are completed.

For regular commissions, up to 3 MAJOR revisions are allowed. Any more will incur fees.

For animation, up to 4 revisions are allowed. Any more will incur fees.

Major revisions to the animation loop (such as adding more frames, completely changing the animation, etc) after the initial sketch is confirmed will incur large fees as animation is complex.

Major revisions during the sketch phase within the revision limit are free.

Generally, commissions will be completed within 2 months after initial drafts, but is always subject to real life constraints and health.

The more complex a project, the longer the delivery timeline may be.

A rush fee can be paid to speed along and prioritize your commission.

If the rush fee is not paid, then please expect to wait your turn in the queue.

If you are not the intended client, you are not allowed to: trace, alter, edit, or copy my work in any way.

For F2U or P2U assets, you are not allowed to: trace, alter, edit, resell, redistribute, or copy my work in any way.

Unless designated as allowing commercial usage, my work is not to be used for commercial purposes.

You must credit me as the creator.

You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.

My work is not to be used as NFTs or to be associated with NFTs in any way.

You may not reupload my work anywhere without permission.

My work is not to be used with or for AI.

Refunds are not given UNLESS:

We are before (in queue) or in the sketch phase and you cancel.

I am unable to work on your commission for the foreseeable future.

I have not updated my progress on your commission after 3 months.
